“We are very excited for our fans to experience the crazy performance we did at the Glastonbury festival in 2023,” collectively says THE HU. “During our set, everyone was chanting and crowd surfing which made our energy levels soar. You can hear that reflected through the recording, which is streaming now via your preferred platform!”
THE HU boast over 780M all-time streams and have completed multiple sold-out headlining tours across the globe (including U.S., Europe, and U.K) along with performances at several of the world’s biggest music festivals including Glastonbury, Download, Coachella, and Lollapalooza. Their unique brand of “hunnu rock”—which combines traditional Mongolian throat singing and ancient native instrumentation with contemporary western hard rock—has also garnered the band a celebrity fanbase including Whoopi Goldberg, Wayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Sir Elton John, who highlighted them on his “Rocket Hour” Beats 1 radio show, saying “You know I’m crazy about a Mongolian band called The Hu; it’s just the greatest new thing I’ve heard in a long time. They use traditional Mongolian instruments; it’s absolutely fantastic.”
