Heavy Metal/Alternative Metal band FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH has entered the studio to begin recording its eighth album, due later in the year. The band has yet to announce a replacement drummer Jeremy Spencer, who left the band in December. Spencer sat out the fall leg of the tour with BREAKING BENJAMIN, Spencer underwent a second back surgery and will need a significant amount of time to recover. Spencer co-founded FFDP in 2005 with guitarist Zoltan Bathory. The new disc is once again being helmed by Kevin Churko, the Canadian record producer/engineer and songwriter who currently lives in Las Vegas, where he works out of his private studio, The Hideout Recording Studio. Stay Tuned.
