American composer, singer, songwriter, and musician Danny Elfman renowned for over 100 film scores, iconic TV themes, and concert works is hitting the road. Rising to fame with new wave band Oingo Boingo, Elfman forged a 35+ year collaboration with Tim Burton on films like Batman, Edward Scissorhands, and The Nightmare Before Christmas, also scoring Spider-Man, Men in Black, Good Will Hunting, and The Simpsons theme. His honors include 4 Oscar nominations, 3 Emmys, a Grammy, and the Disney Legend Award.
Band members include Nili Brosh on guitar (Dethklok), Robin Finck on guitar (Nine Inch Nails, Guns N’ Roses), Josh Freese on drums (Nine Inch Nails, Foo Fighters), and Matt McJunkins on Bass (A Perfect Circle, Eagles of Death Metal.) The 11 city tour kicks off Septemeber 7th in Chicago with a stop at the Fox Theatre on September 9th. Pre-sale tickets go on sale tomorrow July 8th at 10:00 am local time.
