SlipknotIt has now been confirmed that Slipknot will tour with Volbeat, Behemoth and Gojira. Metal fan’s, hardrock fan’s and heavy metal fan’s will no doubt be head banging all night long and maybe a little moshing at DTE Energy Music Theater as part of their summer tour ticket to rock package. This is a monster lineup no doubt about that. One band that fan’s will dig is Behemoth. I had the pleasure of shooting them last year as they were touring with Slayer. This guys blow away the crowd at Freedom Hill. In select cities, Shinedown and Slayer will also be a part of the package. Slipknot is working on their sixth full-length album. The follow-up to 2014’s .5: The Gray Chapter, released in the aftermath of Paul Gray’s death and Joey Jordison’s departure, is undoubtedly going to be a heavy, vitriolic and emotional record from start to finish.Behemoth 2018 Freedom Hill
