West coast rapper Snoop Dogg and his I wanna Thank Me tour is coming to the Fillmore. I had the pleasure of covering Snoop at the newly named Aretha Franklin Amphitheater on the riverfront in downtown Detroit this past summer celebrating the 25th anniversary of his debut album Doggystyle. Uncle Snoop did not disappoint the sold out crowd. From start to finish the energy level was at it’s highest. Fans from the very first row all the way to the top was non stop dancing and signing to every word. Snoop no doubt will bring that to his fans at the historic Fillmore. This will be Snoop 17th studio album, It was released back on August 16, 2019 by Doggy Style Records and Empire Distribution. Snoop Dogg music career began in 1992 when he was discovered by Dr. Dre. To date Snoop has sold over 35 million plus albums worldwide. The historic Fillmore will make for a great setting and be one talked about sold out show for sometime. Fans from neighboring Canada will no doubt be coming to the states for this one making it a fast selling show. If you haven’t yet you need to soon to get your hand’s on tickets. Below will be a link for that plus additional link info. Also below will be a gallery from the Aretha show.
